The College of Business Administration (CoBA) at California State University San Marcos offers leading bachelor's and master's programs, which are shaped by our world-class faculty and strengthened by a market-driven curriculum. We are dedicated to the success of our students with a focus on career development through our engaging Signature Programs. CoBA offers a variety of options in its Undergraduate Program, including Accounting, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Global Business, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Global Supply Chain Management Professional Mentoring Program for undergraduate upperclassmen enhances the professional and soft skills that area employers have identified as critical needs. The required Business Professional Development Program is guided by volunteer Executives in Residence. Finally, our Student Success Grant Program helps students meet the costs of attending events that will enhance their professional development. At the graduate level, there are two MBA Programs: a Fully Employed MBA and a Specialized MBA. The Fully Employed MBA is a part-time general degree designed for working professionals and can be completed in 18 months. The Specialized MBA offers three specializations in Business Analytics, International Business, and Supply Chain Management and can be completed full-time in 12 months or part-time in 24 months. Our Professional Mentoring Program for graduate students also helps them shape their career goals.
