The College of Management educates students to become socially responsible leaders who can embrace technological innovation and create sustainable value.

The College of Management (COM) was founded in 2002 as one of ten academic units at Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU). CJCU is a private Christian university well recognized as the top private university in southern Taiwan. CJCU provides innovative programs and real-life learning experiences in a diverse and welcoming environment and is widely recognized for its devotion to sustainability, innovative teaching, and community engagement. It adheres to its founding principles and strives to cultivate knowledgeable talents who are devout, diligent, honest, and have the spirit of service. The COM honors this approach and remains committed to developing responsible individuals who optimize academic knowledge to create value for society. Currently, the College offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with six majors (business administration, international business, accounting, finance, hospitality management, and transportation management), a Bachelor of Management Science in land management and development, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), an Executive MBA (EMBA) and a Ph.D. degree in Business and Operations Management.
