Founded in 1919, Clermont School of Business is an independent, private, non-profit institution. Its academic staff includes over 50 core research faculty, supported by more than 250 adjunct academics and industry professionals, alongside approximately 120 administrative personnel. As an independent business school, Clermont School of Business operates within a collaborative academic and corporate ecosystem, leveraging collective intelligence to advance higher education, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Clermont-Ferrand. This engagement enhances the region’s attractiveness and impact both nationally and internationally. The school actively participates in joint initiatives with other higher education institutions, including shared events such as the Business Forum, bilateral research and pedagogical collaborations, best practice exchanges, and agreements facilitating dual competencies. The school maintains an in-house Alumni Association, established in 1920, and a Foundation, founded in 2016. It also hosts an open incubator, SquareLab, and manages a socio-professional reintegration program through its Second Chance School (E2C), reinforcing its commitment to social inclusion and equal opportunity. Clermont School of Business offers a broad portfolio of management training programs across multiple levels. These include undergraduate and postgraduate degrees (Bachelor, Master, MSc.), an expanding Executive Education portfolio, a Specialized Master, and an MBA. International degree programs are delivered in France and abroad, including the Master in International Business, MSc. programs, and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Research and training activities are structured around the school’s core focus on Sustainable Management and Organisational Transformation , spanning six disciplines: Management and Human Resources, Entrepreneurship and Business Development, Finance and Audit, Retail and Supply Chain, Marketing and Data, and Sport Business. Programs integrate cross-disciplinary components such as entrepreneurship, ecological transition, artificial intelligence, and ethics, aligning with contemporary business challenges. The curriculum emphasizes personal development, professionalization, and skill acquisition relevant to evolving labor market demands.
