ESB Business School, founded in 1971, is a leading institution for international management education in Germany. As one of six schools within the public institution Reutlingen University (RU), ESB has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, globally focused business education. The school serves approximately 1,500 students and is supported by 40 full-time professors and 40+ administrative staff. ESB currently offers a diverse array of programs, including two undergraduate, seven graduate degrees, and three MBA programs. Since its inception, ESB has been a pioneer in international business education, introducing Germany’s first “International Business” program and establishing one of the country’s earliest fully integrated international management double-degree programs in collaboration with partner institutions in France and the UK. Today, ESB continues to uphold its commitment to internationalization, practice-oriented learning, and responsible leadership by integrating industry partnerships and global academic networks into its programs ESB Business School is accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
