The Farmer School of Business (FSB) is deeply committed to undergraduate education while also offering a select portfolio of graduate degrees, which are designed to launch careers. What this means is that we devote resources to our undergraduates that many other institutions reserve for their graduate students. We personalize the educational experience for each student. Our students and their success are the primary focus in all that we do, and to that end we boast impressive retention and graduation rates and job outcomes. From the moment you begin as an FSB student, you will join the First Year Integrated Core which prepares you to succeed in college and gives you hands-on experience through a team-based client challenge. Our promise is to graduate Beyond Ready leaders from all our programs who can add value to any organization from day one. We achieve this by developing workplace competencies and integrating experiential learning, leadership activities, and career consulting into our rigorous curriculum. This helps students explore their potential and develop the qualities and skills necessary to become a confident leader in a diverse, global business environment. We encourage international study and internship experiences. Approximately 65 percent of our students include study abroad and 96 percent have at least one internship included in their educational experience. We are immensely proud of our student outcomes and the career successes of our alumni.
