ISM University of Management and Economics (further ISM or University), established in 1999 by BI Norwegian Business School and Innovation Norway, is the first private for-profit state accredited business university in Lithuania, with Northern-Western European roots, and with its history of development in a Central and Eastern European (CEE) context. ISM University of Management and Economics is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of business leaders and innovators. With its AACSB accreditation, ISM is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence and integrity. Our academic offerings include six undergraduate programs in management, business, economics, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship, equipping students with foundational skills and critical thinking abilities needed to excel in diverse business environments. For postgraduate learners, ISM provides five specialized Master's programs, including International Marketing and management, Business Sustainability management, Innovation and Technology Management, Global Leadership and Strategy, and Financial Economics. These programs are designed to address the complexities of the global marketplace and sustainable business practices. All these programs are delivered in English. Recognizing the value of continued professional growth, ISM offers two Executive Education programs (Master of Management and Executive MBA) that integrate academic theory with real-world industry contexts. Additionally, our Educational Leadership Master's program is tailored for educators and school administrators aiming to elevate educational standards and practices. For those pursuing a career in research, ISM's doctoral programs offer a path toward scholarly and high-level industry roles, further advancing the body of business knowledge through innovative research. ISM enrolls 2,000 students, 14% of whom are international, our global network includes over 100 exchange agreements and partnerships with four double-degree programs alongside other prestigious AACSB accredited institutions. ISM has a strong connection with its alumni and business partners to ensure that the programs are not only academically rigorous but also relevant to the evolving needs and expectations of employers. This collaboration helps maintain a curriculum that is practical and responsive to the dynamics of the business world.
