Overview

To deliver quality, Christian-based undergraduate, graduate and professional programs that emphasize teaching excellence informed by relevant faculty research and application within their disciplines. Our goal is to shape business leaders with the intellectual, spiritual, and character foundation required to prosper in a global business environment.

Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Marshall E. Rinker College of Business (RCOB) was founded in 1968 and resides in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach Florida—one of the nation’s fastest-growing business communities. Commonly known as “Wall Street South,” West Palm Beach continues to experience exceptional business growth in one of America’s most beautiful waterfront communities. RCOB’s vision is to be the preferred school for those seeking a Christ-centered business education. As such, it centers on two key themes: the promotion of ethically-based free enterprise and the integration of faith-based business practices into its communities. For its 900-plus undergraduate and graduate students, and thousands of alumni who have passed through its hallways, RCOB continues to heartily reinforce these themes during times in which they are most needed. RCOB offers undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, Business and Law, Business Economics, Entrepreneurship and Franchising, Finance, International Finance, Management, and Marketing. On the graduate side, RCOB offers an MBA (including 3+2 MBA) and MBA in Business Analytics, Master of Accountancy (including a 3+2 MAcc), MAcc and Analytics, and a 3+2 Data Analytics program. Notably, RCOB achieved initial accreditation through AACSB in May 2023, making it one of only ten Coalition of Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU) schools to have achieved the highest level of business school accreditation.
