Örebro University School of Business (ORUSB) is part of Örebro University a modern, highly ranked, broad-based university with internationally prominent research. ORUSB is a place where education and research meet in the four subjects Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, and Statistics. We work closely with the local community in order to include a number of practical features in our courses and programs, such as educational visits, guest lectures, placements and degree projects. Inviting business enterprises and organizations to our campus to participate in fairs and exhibitions, networking and discussions about the improvement of our education and research is therefore a matter of course. ORUSB is known for its informal culture where faculty is readily available to discuss with students and where students spend much of their time in the newly built business school building that houses a large number of study spaces, social areas and the student union’s lounge. Örebro has an attractive location at the heart of the Nordics with train rides of just two hours to Stockholm, three hours to Gothenburg, four hours to Oslo and five hours to Copenhagen. There are approx. 150 000 people living in the urban area of Örebro, making it a very manageable city for students that are able to take their bike everywhere. There is also as a very active student life with music, sports and other events.
