The School of Business provides high quality, affordable undergraduate and graduate education strongly infused with the liberal arts and connected to our surrounding communities. The faculty delivers excellence in teaching and actively pursues scholarly activities and professional development that contribute to classroom effectiveness. The faculty produces scholarly works that advance the knowledge and practice of business, hospitality and tourism management, and computer science and information systems. The school strives to have a positive impact on the wider community, responding to the evolving needs of the Southern New Jersey region, the State of New Jersey and beyond.

Programs offered include: Business Administration : B.A. : Provides a solid foundation in business while allowing students the flexibility to pursue their own interests. B.S. : Enables students to specialize in fields such as Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance/Financial Planning, Management, Marketing, Hemp and Cannabis Managment, and Entreprenuership. . Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management : Prepares students for careers through active learning, internships, and professional networks, helping them develop as competitive leaders. Areas of study include Event Planning, Tourism, Resort Management, Restaurant and Beverage Management, Destination Management, among others. Master of Business Administration (MBA) : Prepares students for professional careers in business, focusing on developing critical thinking skills and expanding awareness of the complex political, social, and economic environments in which organizations and individuals operate. Suitable for individuals with business backgrounds and those seeking career changes. Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration and Leadership : Equips graduates with the competencies needed to excel in various healthcare-focused businesses, such as hospitals, medical practices, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, medical device companies, digital health, and entrepreneurship.
