At the University of Michigan-Flint School of Management, our mission is to deliver innovative high-quality educational programs and intellectual contributions that impact the theory and practice of business, meaningfully engage local and global communities, and demonstrate the highest integrity and ethics. We deliver our programs to a diverse group of graduate and undergraduate students primarily in Michigan and the surrounding region using a variety of learning/teaching approaches that focus on skills, abilities, technology, and knowledge vital to organizations. Our facilities are technology rich and include a finance lab with interactive investment and stock trend displays, 24-hour computer labs, a video recording classroom, a video conference classroom that allows for live joint-classes to be held with partnering international institutions, and private meeting rooms for students to study and work on group projects outside the classroom. At the undergraduate level, the school offers eight business majors, five business minors including entrepreneurship, an honors business program, and the opportunity to complete all majors completely online. At the graduate level, the school also offers three graduate degrees--a master of business administration that allows students to specialize in various concentrations areas, a master of science in accounting that prepares students to become CPAs or succeed in other high-level accounting positions,a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics, where students learn to execute new strategies, and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management for students interested in logistics. The School also has a Doctor of Business Administration program with focus on strategic management that is completely online. The school also offers a graduate certificate in business program, post-masters certificates in a variety of business fields and a number of dual degree programs for students with career paths that would benefit from a multidisciplinary education.
