Desarrollar profesionales con capacidades de liderazgo mediante experiencias académicas de excelencia e iniciativas de investigación para servir ética e inclusivamente en el ámbito empresarial y comunitario. Para cumplir con esta misión y visión, la FAE: Capacita a la comunidad universitaria en las competencias generales y especializadas pertinentes a la administración y a la gestión empresarial para contribuir a la solución de los retos tanto en Puerto Rico como en un mundo dinámico y globalizado. Refuerza la diversidad, la equidad, la inclusividad, la ética y la responsabilidad social en el contexto empresarial y humano que repercuten en el bienestar social. Fomenta la investigación que contribuya al caudal de conocimiento en los diversos campos de estudio en administración y gestión empresarial. Desarrolla profesionales capaces de asumir puestos de liderato en las organizaciones, así como académicos que contribuyan a crear y diseminar conocimiento dentro de los respectivos campos del saber representados en la FAE. Promueve la interdependencia entre la academia, los negocios y la sociedad, para con ello abordar de manera innovadora los retos del desarrollo económico de Puerto Rico, en el contexto de las Américas. To meet these institutional goals, the FAE intends to: Enable the academic community with specialized and general skills in business and entrepreneurship to contribute towards solving the challenges faced in Puerto Rico and in the dynamic and globalized world. Strengthen diversity, equity, inclusiveness, ethics, and social responsibility in a human and business environment bearing social wellbeing. Foster academic research contributing to knowledge on business administration and entrepreneurship. Develop professionals capable of leading organizations and academics who create and disseminate knowledge on the different disciplines comprising the School of Business Administration.
