The David Eccles School of Business is dedicated to empowering student success by fostering personal, academic, and career growth as they seek and reach their peak. The Eccles Experience combines cutting edge curriculum led by top faculty with hands-on opportunities. This combination equips students with a world-class education, practical experience, sought-after skills, and an entrepreneurial and innovation mindset. The Eccles School is home to many nationally recognized institutes, centers, and initiatives. Its experiential learning model gives students unique opportunities such as managing a $1,000,000 portfolio, evaluating deals for impact investing and pitching to industry leaders, working with small businesses in Ghana, studing abroad through Eccles Global, strengthening their leadership skills, research and helping craft policy, or even starting their own company. Dedicated academic advisors and business career coaches help students discover their purpose and secure internships and jobs. With more than 25 student organizations, students can build friendships, communities, and networks with small cohorts of fellow students. At the Eccles School, students begin their business education on day one, building a foundation through an integrated, multidisciplinary curriculum designed to prepare them for their choice of nine majors. Eccles also offers four MBA formats and eight specialty master’s programs for professionals advancing their careers to develop expertise and drive industry impact.
