The UW-Whitewater College of Business and Economics is an inclusive, collaborative and entrepreneurial learning community dedicated to strong values, knowledge and skills to prepare current and future professionals to contribute successfully and responsibly in a global business environment. The College will provide relevant and rigorous academic programs integrated with applied learning experiences. We will offer curriculum under the guidance of academically and professionally qualified faculty, and make available to our students an array of applied opportunities, including internships and outreach and consulting projects. Our process, called “assurance of learning”, develops and reviews goals and standards. The College of Business and Economics serves the business in the region through a variety of outreach centers offering faculty and professional staff expertise and employing student interns. Those centers are intended to serve the public at the same time as they give students applied business experience.
